Guidelines for Submission to GSB Insights: Journal of Business & Research
- Submission Intent: Submitting a manuscript to GSB Insights: Journal of Business & Research implies the author's intent to publish with this journal.
- Originality: Manuscripts must be original, not previously published, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
- Cover Page Requirements: The cover page should include the article title, author's name, addresses, phone number, and email address. These details should only appear on the cover page, not anywhere in the main manuscript.
- Manuscript Structure:
- The manuscript should not contain author details
- Follow with the original paper, including the title, an abstract (150-200 words), 5-6 keywords, the main text (3000-5000 words) and references.
- All other related files, if any can be added in the Annexure.
- Formatting:
- Font: Manuscripts should be written in Microsoft Word using Times New Roman.
- Spacing: Use 1.5 line spacing throughout.
- Title and Headings: The title should be 14-point bold, headings 12-point bold, subheadings 11-point italics, and body text 11-point regular.
- Tables and Figures: Number tables and figures sequentially. Include sources at the bottom of each.
- Citation Style: Authors must properly cite all sources using the latest APA citation style.
- Peer Review Process: All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review. Based on the Editorial Board's recommendations, articles may be accepted, rejected, or recommended for revisions.
- Editorial Assessment: An editor will initially assess whether submissions align with the journal’s aims and scope. If deemed appropriate, the manuscript will proceed to peer review.
- Permissions: Authors must secure permissions to publish any included material, such as photos, documents, or datasets. All authors must consent to their identification as authors. Ethical approval should be obtained for research, as required by the study's country.
- Quality Standards: Editors may desk-reject submissions that do not meet quality standards. Ensure the study design and research argument are clearly structured and articulated. The title should be concise, and the abstract should be informative enough to stand alone.
- Copy Rights Form: Copy rights form need not be submitted during the initial submission of article. It can be submitted after the acceptance for publication.

- The manuscript is original and not under consideration elsewhere.
- The cover page includes all necessary contact details.
- The manuscript is formatted according to journal guidelines.
- All sources are properly cited.
- Permissions have been obtained for all materials used.
- The study has been ethically approved, if applicable.
- The submission meets the journal’s quality standards for clarity and structure.
