Submission Policy

Submission of a manuscript to GSB Insight: Journal of Business and Research implies that:

  • The work is original
  • It has not been published previously
  • It is not under consideration elsewhere

Manuscript Preparation

Cover Page

The cover page must include:

  • Title of the manuscript
  • Author name(s)
  • Institutional affiliation(s)
  • Contact details (email and phone number)

⚠️ Author details must not appear in the main manuscript to ensure double-blind review.

Manuscript Structure

The manuscript should include:

  • Title
  • Abstract (150–200 words)
  • 4–6 keywords
  • Main text (3000–5000 words)
  • References

Supplementary materials may be included as appendices where necessary.

Formatting Guidelines

  • Font: Times New Roman
  • Line spacing: 1.5
  • Title: 14-point bold
  • Headings: 12-point bold
  • Subheadings: 11-point italics
  • Body text: 11-point

Tables and Figures

  • Number tables and figures sequentially
  • Provide appropriate titles and sources

Citation Style

Authors must follow the latest edition of APA citation style.

Peer Review Process

All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process.

The editorial team initially evaluates submissions for relevance and quality. Suitable manuscripts are sent for peer review.

Based on reviewer feedback, manuscripts may be:

  • Accepted
  • Accepted with minor revisions
  • Returned for major revisions
  • Rejected

Ethical and Legal Requirements

Authors must:

  • Ensure proper citation of all sources
  • Obtain necessary permissions for copyrighted materials
  • Ensure ethical approval where applicable
  • Disclose any conflicts of interest

AI Usage Policy

Authors must disclose the use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools (such as ChatGPT) in the preparation of manuscripts.

AI tools must not be listed as authors, and authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy and integrity of their work.

Editorial Assessment

The editorial team may desk-reject manuscripts that do not meet the journal’s quality standards, scope, or ethical requirements.

Copyright Form

The copyright form is required only after acceptance of the manuscript.
