Once your article is accepted for publication in GSB Insight: Journal of Business and Research, each author must complete and sign a copyright agreement form. Please review the Explanatory Notes below, follow the instructions, and send the signed forms, in electronic format, to the Editor, together with the article's final version.

Purpose of Copyright Assignment
To facilitate the widest dissemination and protection of materials published in GSB Insight: Journal of Business and Research, authors must assign the copyright of their articles (including abstracts) to the journal. This assignment ensures:
- Protection against copyright infringement.
- Broad dissemination of your article and the journal.
Copyright Assignment Agreement
1. Assignment of Rights: Upon acceptance by GSB Insight: Journal of Business and Research (hereafter 'the Journal'), the Author(s), assigns and transfers the copyright of their article to the Journal. This grant includes the exclusive right to publish the article in any format (printed, electronic, CD-ROM,microfiche, etc.),and the right to sublicense publication or distribution rights.
2. Reserved Rights: The Author(s) retain the following rights:
- All proprietary rights other than copyrights, such as patent rights.
- The right to use all or part of the article, including tables and figures, in future works with appropriate acknowledgement to the Publisher.
- The right to make copies for personal use, but not for sale
3. Legal and Ethical Compliance: The article contains no unlawful material and does not infringe on any proprietary or personal rights, including copyrights or privacy rights is factually accurate and free from unlawful content and represents original work, with substantial participation by the Author(s).
4. Financial Interest: The Author(s) certify that they have no undisclosed financial interest in the article's subject matter, apart from any previously disclosed affiliations.
5. Plagiarism: The author(s) bear sole responsibility for any instances of plagiarism identified in the article after publication. The journal and its board members cannot be held liable.
6. Originality: The final version of the article submitted is not substantially similar to any previously published work.
7. Liability: The Journal, its staff, and editorial board members are not responsible for any injury or damage resulting from the use of methods, products, instructions, advertisements, or ideas published in the Journal.
8. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved by the Journal, whose decision is final.
